JINPAT R & D team designed a high-precision miniature slip ring for the world's largest supplier of robot arms. The diameter of the slip ring is only 12mm and the length is only 92mm. The size is smaller than a gel pen, which is very suitable for demanding installation space.

JINPAT slip ring has customized a special structure and size for the customer's needs this time, while meeting the requirements of super long working life. This slip ring is mounted on a miniature robot arm and has a service life of up to 25 million revolutions. The product structure meets the working frequency of the robot arm, using high-temperature materials and high-temperature bearing design, can work in a high-temperature environment with a temperature from -5 to + 90 degrees Celsius. Working humidity reaches 5-90% RH, non-condensing, and can be applied to various special working environments. Electrical noise: ≤50mΩ, insulation resistance: 20MΩ @ 100VDC. JINPAT slip ring uses precious metal contacts, low friction, to ensure stable signal and current transmission. The shell material of JINPAT slip ring is made of high-quality engineering plastics with high dimensional accuracy.
