In the early stage of high-speed railway research and development, in order to accurately capture the friction characteristics, vibration data and other key information of the wheels with the track under the limiting speed, the researchers have to carry out repeated experiments on the professional test bench. The electrically conductive collector ring in the track test equipment is capable of working at more than 2 revolutions per minute, stably supplying power and transmitting signals to the sensors embedded in the high-speed rotating wheels to ensure the continuity and accuracy of the test data.
