A through bore slip ring, has recently been designed with 4 passages routing 50A large current and 6 passages transferring signals. The part design mainly focuses on two points: current transmission while minimizing its influence on signal rings to the lowest degree, and working in a high temperature of 200℃. Firstly, by means of logical current rings arrangement and appropriate design between power ring and signal ring, it ensures a stable signal transmission effectively. Secondly, on the basis of the whole structure, material selection is controlled in an optimal way to attain a healthy protection in a high temperature operation. Also, the high temperature slip ring can work in a rotating speed of 300 rpm.
