An electrical slip ring is a device used to transfer power and data from a stationary to a rotating structure. Slip rings can provide continuous or intermittent rotation while transmitting power and data - simplifying operation, improving application performance, and eliminating the risk of damage to wiring between movable parts.

The LPS019-0210 separate slip ring is a customized unit that uses precious metal contacts at the rotary interface. Color-coded lead wires are used on both the stator and rotor for simplifying electrical connections.


Using a 90° V-groove ring design for each ring, the LPS019-0210A provides smoother running, lower torque and lower electrical noise than competitive slip rings.
