Latest company news about JINPAT Slip Ring for Toy Robots

Nowadays, toy robots are multifunctional, and they are becoming more and more compact and flexible. On toy robots, the more parts that need to be rotated, the more places where slip rings are used. In response to the rotary conductive needs of the toy robot industry, JINPAT designed the LPKS series of pancake slip rings with ultra-small axial space.

JINPAT LPKS pancake slip ring is made of PCB. With exquisite structure, the minimum thickness is only 5mm. It is specially designed to provide the best rotating solution for ultra-small installation space such as toy robots. In addition to current, the series of slip rings can also transmit analog, digital signals, and is compatible with the bus protocol. If customers have the needs to transmit signals such as RS, serial port, Ethernet, etc., JINPAT can also provide custom design services.

The JINPAT LPKS pancake slip ring is represented by LPKS000-0202-01S, LPKS008-0204-0402. The LPKS000-0202-01S pancake slip ring, with a diameter of only 20mm, is a groundbreaking unit that combines SMT technology with a slip ring. The slip ring can be designed with special mounting holes (grooves) according to customer requirements. Chips, terminals and other components can be integrated on the slip ring according to the customer’s needs. Besides, the slip ring adopts a gold-to-gold contact, which can simultaneously transmit two 2A currents and one signal. LPKS008-0204-0402 adopts a through-hole design with a diameter of 8mm, 2 or 4 circuits is available. For 2 circuits, each circuit can withstand 4A current, and as for 4 circuits, each channel can withstand 2A current. Each circuit can also be chosen to transmit a type of signal. This slip ring uses the same manufacturing process and material as LPKS000-0202-01S, so it has the same properties as LPKS000-0202-01S.
