Creative mind brings new ideas constantly. For a dependable slip ring, engineers think a lot from structure to its design and manufacture. This time, a rather different three-segment slip ring is devised.
To meet the demand of the customer, the electrical part is a long part with a small outer diameter. Such a high-precision slip ring is completely in conformity with military standard with a length of 425mm. It is applied to the machinery equipment. With a military-level surface processing, outdoor operation is out of question feasible. The long military slip ring has 76 wires and transmits 2A current per wire. It can resist a pressure of up to 10MPa with a precise matching between interlocking parts. After tests, it enjoys a much more excellent performance, compared to similar products.
