Take the latest solution LPMS-12-0801-E2 for example, this slip ring is developed from the prototype LPMS-12U with a diameter of only 6.5mm. There are 8 1A power channels and 1 Fast Ethernet channel. Similarly, clients can ask for a custom slip ring with capacity to transmit Gigabit Ethernet signals. However, given the size of twisted pair to transmit Gigabit Ethernet, the channel number is relatively small. LPMS-12-0401-E3 is a custom slip ring model that transmit Gigabits Ethernet, it can integrate 4 1A power channel at max. And in practical scene, the solution can be adjusted according to the client’s demand.
Another case is LPMS-12-0202-04S-E2. This is still a slip ring model with 100M Ethernet signal channel. But the rest channels are 2 2A channels and 4 serial signal channels. Because they are developed from the same slip ring so these two custom slip rings are very similar in their appearance. Their diameter and length are both 6.5mm and 17.4mm.
