Hollow shaft slip ring is a strategic product of JINPAT Electronics, which is divided into two categories: standard and customized. The currents transmitted by the standard models of JINPAT hollow shafts are 2A, 5A, 10A, and 15A; among them, the products with 12.7mm aperture are quite special, only this series has 2A products, and there is no 15A model. Other standard aperture products are 5A, 10A, 15A current products. The standard model products are determined according to the development of the electromechanical industry over the years, so they have relatively good versatility, but in many cases, the standard model cannot meet the needs of some equipment, so there is a need for customization.
The product customization rate in the slip ring industry is very high. As the first slip ring manufacturer in the Pearl River Delta region, JINPAT’s product customization rate is basically close to 95%. Among these customized products, hollow shaft slip rings account for absolute dominance. These customized hollow shaft slip rings have various combinations of appearance and function modules. Among them, there are electrical signal and gas-liquid module integration, super multi-signal channel and power integration, photoelectric integration, and high-frequency integration, etc.
JINPAT hollow shaft slip ring provides a very rich combination, no matter the material of the shell and the main shaft, or the structural design. Take a customized vehicle hollow shaft slip ring recently shipped by JINPAT as an example. Its model is LPT050-0601. If you only look at the parameters, this is a very simple product that only integrates 6 channels of 1A current paths. But this product is very different from other products: firstly, its casing and spindle are made of SUS304 stainless steel, so the stainless steel primary color casing of this slip ring is unique compared with other JINPAT hollow shaft slip rings. Secondly, the stainless steel shell, main shaft and anti-vibration structure design make this type of slip ring have super strong anti-vibration and impact capability. Coupled with its IP64 protection level, it can operate stably for a long time in a relatively harsh environment.
