Based on the development of Industry 4.0 and various industrial robots, more and more motion execution units use servo motors, such as Siemens, Panasonic, Yaskawa, Mitsubishi and so on, in addition to the servo motor power supply, servo control and encoder signal also need to transmitted through the slip ring. The interference of the power supply to the signal and the signal transmission capability will be a challenge to the slip ring. The traditional ordinary slip ring has been difficult to meet the requirements of stable and reliable operation. If the signal transmission capacity is insufficient, or the interference processing is not well, it is easy to cause errors and stopped working, and the device cannot work normally.
