Description
Fiber Optic Rotary Joints (FORJs) are to optical signals what electrical slip rings are to electrical signals, a means to pass signals across rotating interfaces, particularly when transmitting large amounts of data. It maintains the intrinsic advantages of fiber end to end.
It has larger amounts of light to be transmitted from sources. It is suitable for equipment that requires unlimited, continuous or intermittent rotation and transmits large capacity of data and signal from a stationary position to rotary position.
